A low-cost or even preferred alternative to dubbing is adding subtitles to films. This is commonly accepted in many countries. In part to preserve the original mood of the film.

 We use technologies that ensure precise timing to the spoken word. Thanks to our native-speaking translators with specialisations such as film and theatre or music and much more, we are able to assure a rendering that is true to the original. With subtitles, it is also necessary to ensure the text does not get too long. The core message has to be captured precisely and the user has to have enough time to perceive the events visually.

 Process:

You send us your CD, MPEG file etc. via e-mail or on a server, with or without script. We provide you with a quotation. The quotation appeals to you and we start working on your project. In case of very specialised topics, a list of terminology is desirable. Otherwise we use generally accepted terms.

You receive the translated script with time codes via e-mail. We can also supply the files in the EBU, STL spruce and other formats for an additional fee.
